Retainer agreements are billed monthly in advance.
Late payments may attract interest as permitted under South African law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment or material breach of agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our work.
Respond to correspondence and requests in a timely manner.
Not withhold relevant documents or misrepresent facts.
We rely on the information you provide — and cannot be held liable for errors or outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate instructions.
